Re: HARRISON, Brazil?

Sheila,

Could your Brazil be Dr. Bazel Harrison? Here is the information I
have on this Bazel. The sources of this information are Loraine
Harrison Washburn and Irene Harrison Townsend. These ladies have
been researching the Joseph/Bazel Harrison line for many years and
since Loraine is my mother, and Irene my aunt, I trust their research
very much.

Here's the best information we have about Dr. Bazel. You'll have to
decide for yourself if this fits.

Bazel was born 31 Mar 1814 in either KY or OH. He married three
times.

m1) 12 May 1838 to Almira Abbey d. 8 Oct 1874, 56y 1m 9d, buried
Prairie Ronde, MI

m2) 1853 Lydia A. Woodworth (must have divorced Almira?)

m3) 1875 Mrs. Ada Kennedy

Dr. Bazel died 24 Sep 1893 according to p. 32 Am. Bio. History, Mich.
Vol.

Dr. Bazel's parents were Bazel Harrison and Martha Stilwell.
Information on these two is readily available through the Harrison
Repository.

Hope this helps a bit.
