justly to lay off 1/3, hereby allow JAMES WALKER the heir at law pay JOHN
MURPHY and wife 6 lbs. sterling in liew of dower signed by WILLIAM KELSEY,
JOHN KIRK, JOHN SIMPSON, JAMES WALKER .
JOSEPH DAVIS do give grant and confirm unto SUKEY FLAVIS, one shilling,
ALLEN DAVIS, one shilling, KEZIA COLLINS, one shilling, DELITA STEWART, one
shilling, LYDIA MARTIN, one shilling, LEVY DAVIS - all land each side of
Sawney's Creek joining PETER CRIM'S plantation at my decease; unto SALLY
HOUTON - all household furniture, 7 head cattle, 20 hogs, one horse, bridle
and saddle.
