John HARRISON of early Loudoun Co. VA

Hello,
Just in case there are new list members who might have the illusive
info I've been seeking, I thought I would post my weak link. If anyone has
any further info on this John Harrison... PLEASE contact me.
We cannot prove the identity of the father of our John, Thomas and
Nancy Pell Harrison of Lewis Co. KY. We believe him to be the John Harrison
Sr. who is shown in the tax lists and census for Loudoun Co. VA 1771-4, 1783
and 1786-92. They show John to be the head of a household of 10 white
persons. In 1790 a John Jr. also appears (our John being born in 1771).
Also in these lists are Jasper SEYBOLD, the father-in-law of our John
Harrison and Edwin FURR, the father-in-law of our Thomas Harrison so it
seems it's most likely this was their father. This could also be the same
John who was born in Westmoreland Co. VA in 1730 and died in Fairfax Co. VA
in 1826. This John married Bettie HEADLEY and Nancy MILLER. The name
Headley seems to be a good clue to our line because the name appears later
in our branch as a middle name.
Does anyone know the identity of this John Harrison who appears in
the Loudoun Co. records? Has anyone else linked to this man?

Linda
