Saw your posting about the the will of George Walton, Jr.
My line goes back to the Waltons. This is the first time I have heard
of George, Jr. in Va. Do you mind sharing the rest of the will? I
certainly would appreciate it.
As for the Harrisons, my husband's family seems to have reached a dead
end/brick wall or what ever. My husband's grandfather was named Robert
Peyton Harrison and was married to Hattie Louise Barnes of Port Gibson,
MS. He died in a levee accident in Vicksburg, MS in 1888. We think he
came from either Greenville, MS or Greenville SC, but nothing is known
for sure. Any info will be appreciated.
