Looking for information on Alexander who was born either in Ohio or Tennesse
in 1826 or 27.  He came to Illinois before 1850 as he married Sarah Scott
Forbes in Vermilion County, Illinois, inn 1852.  He was in the Civil War and
was killed in 1862 at Pitsburg Landing, Tn.  He was a printer by trade and I
believe he was the editor of THE PRARIE STATE
