My name is Kenia Morrison and I am the great granddaughter of Mr. Charles Henry Higginbotham of Lychburg,VA. I do not know when he was born or who his parents were but I do know that he was an only child.
He moved to Washington,DC in the (1930's) where he met and then married Magaret Ruffin of Hillsboro,NC and together they had four children. If anyone can help me with this information please contact me.
