Bentley and wife Elizabeth last showed in the Blairsville Ga. census of 1880. Bentley aged 78. No death records at all for him in the area.
Maiden daughter Margaret sold off the Ga property in 1915. Did they move and she went back to settle affairs years later?
If anyone has any census/death records for Bentley or Elizabeth between 1880-1915 in either Ga. or the Yadkin Forks area/Iredell area of North Carolina where they originally came from,
I would love to know.
