Seeking name of parents and their ancestry of Marshal James Arthur Harrison.
Seeking burial site and obituary of Marshal James Arthur Harrison (born: March
1859, Adel Post Office district, Adel Township, Adair County, Iowa); (died:
about 1924-1925, presumably in Kansas).��Son of Robert Arthur Harrison and Mary
J. (Davison) Harrison.��Member of the Presbyterian Church of Greenfield
(preacher: Reverand C. H. DeLong) between 1878-1881; then the United
Presbyterian Church of Greenfield (Reverand J. F. Martin) from 1882 - 1890s.

Married in February 1883 his country girl sweetheart, Ms. Annie Elizabeth Frederick
(born: January 1863, Louisa County, Iowa; died: late 1940s?, Kansas?). Took up
farming in Adair County, and was elected Greenfield Corporation Marshal, serving
between 1898 - 1905. Greenfield Sheriff was C. L. Swinehort.

Raised only two children: Clarence Arthur Harrison (born: 25 November 1884; died:
August 1946, Pasadena, CA), and Jesse I. Harrison (born: January 1888; died:
year ????, Kansas?).

More historical information available, from 1860 - 1963.
