Stephen, if you haven't obtained and filed NATF 80 Forms, I suggest
you do so as this request should give you the information that you
want concerning Brevet-Major James E. Harrison.��Incidentally, he
may be listed under his regular rank of Captain instead of the
honorary promotion of major.

Put the word "form" in the subject and in the text of you message
include, your mailing address (not e-mail address)and the number of
the form, in this case Form 80.��This form is used to obtain
military service and pension records of wars prior to WWI.��After
you file it it usually takes several weeks before you receive the
information that is on file.
