I don't know if any of this info helps but this is what I know so far: My father's name was Frank Donald Harrison B:1933 D:1978--My grandfather's name was Frank Lafayette Harrison B:1906 D:1972--My greatgrandfather's name was Jewell Alexander Harrison B:1881 D:1967. My greatgrandfather married a woman named Eva Jane Davis (birth and death unknown)--My grandmother Eunice Laura Brackett said that my grandfather's mother looked like she was full blood cherokee but that they called her a "black dutch". All of the people listed above came from Blairsville Ga. in Union Co. You are the second person to ever mention the term black dutch, with my grandmother being the first.
