At the instance of Daniel Wertman and Sarah his wife late Sarah Zettelmoyer
and a daughter & heir at Law of the Said Henry Zettelmoyer deceased
you are hereby Cited to be and appear before me the undersigned Register of
Wills of Said County at my Office in the Court house in the Borough of
Pottsville on or before the 14 day of February 1853, and then and there, under
oath or affirmation to settle and file an account of your Executorship in the
estate of the Said deceased. Hereof fail not. Given under my hand and the Seal
of Said Office at Pottsville this 5th day of January A.D. 1853.

The account of Elias Troxel one of the Executors of the Last Will
& Testament of Henry Zittlemoyer late of East Brunswig Township
Schuylkill County deceased.
The amount of the personal property of said Testator
according to an Inventory thereof filed in the Register’s Office of the County
of Schuylkill, filed January 21, 1852, included what the widow took at the
appraisement amounting to $200.63 is as corrected
$2411.97
And the amount of personal property sold at the public Sale
being all the personal
property sold is
$135.15
The above amount of the Inventory and Vendue account all
remains in the hands of Henry Zettelmoyer Jr.
