This Indenture made this twenty seventh day of March in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and Eleven Between Abraham Bailey of Greenwich Township Berks County and state of Pennsylvania Yeoman and Magdalena his wife of the one part and George Adam Zettelmoyer of township County and state aforesaid Yeoman of the other part Witnesseth that the said Abraham Bailey and Magdalena his wife for and in Consideration of the sum of One thousand four hundred and seventy pounds lawful money of the state of Pennsylvania to them in hand well and truly paid by the said George Adam Zettelmoyer at and before the ensealing and delivery hereof the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge and thereof do acquit and forever discharge the said George Adam Zettlemoyer his heirs executors and adms by these presents have granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released and Confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release and Confirm unto the George Adam Zettelmoyer and to his heirs and assigns
All that Certain Messuage Tenement and tract of Land situate lying and being in Greenwich Township County and state aforesaid bounded by lands of John Stump Martin Zettlemoyer Philip Lynn and others Containing one hundred and fifty acres be the same more or less It being the same land which by virtue of a warrant granted to Frederick Hower for twenty five acres dated May 16th AD 1754 and an application for one hundred acres was originally surveyed and entered in the office in Philadelphia by a certain Charles Palmer the third day of August AD 1768 who by his deed bearing date Feby 13th AD 1769 for the consideration therein mentioned did grant the said warrant and application and all the land surveyed by virtue thereof to Daniel Rigel who by his deed who by his Deed bearing date March 27th AD 1773 Conveyed the same unto George Raub who by his deed bearing date March 20th AD 1778 for the Consideration therein mentioned Conveyed the same unto John Stine who by his deed poll dated March 20th AD 1781 Conveyed the same unto Abraham Bailey (alias Boely) who by his deed bearing date September 12th AD 1795 Conveyed the same unto Peter Bailey who died seised the same as his own demesne in fee intestate leaving a widow named Susanna and issue five Children viz Abraham party hereto Barbara wife to John Carl, John, Jacob and Catharina and after a due and lawful proceedings had in an Orphans Court held July 28th AD 1811 in Reading for the County of Berks the Court did adjudge and Confirm the same unto the said Abraham Bailey party hereto recourse may be had to the sundry writings and proceedings will more fully and at large appear.
Together with all and singular the houses outhouses barns stables gardens orchards fields meadows fences ways woods waters and water Courses rights liberties privileges hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all the estate right title interest use property trust possession claim and demand whatsoever of them the said Abraham Bailey and Magdalena his wife in law or equity or otherwise howsoever of in to or out of the same. To Have and To Hold the said above described tenement and tract of one hundred & fifty acres of land hereditaments and premises hereby granted and released mentioned or intended so to be with Appurtenances unto the said George Adam Zettelmoyer his heirs and assigns to the only proper use of him the said Geo A Zettelmoyer his heirs and assigns forever.
Subject Nevertheless to the payment of the purchase money arrearages interest now due and accruing or hereafter becoming due to this Republic And the said Abraham Bailey and Magdalena his wife for themselves their heirs executors and admrs doth Covenant promise and agree with the said George Adam Zettlemoyer his heirs and assigns by these presents that they the said Abraham and Magdalena Bailey and their heirs the said described Messuage Tenements & tract of land hereditaments and premises hereby granted and released or mentioned or intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said George Ad Zettlemoyer his heirs and assigns against them the said Abraham & Magdalena Bailey and their heirs and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully Claiming or to Claim the same or any part or parcel thereof by from or under him or any of them shall and will duly warrant and forever defend by these presents In Witness Whereof the said parties hereto have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seals the day and year above said.

Be it Remembered that on the 1st day of April Anno
Domini 1811 before me Abm Wolff Esq. one of the Justices of the Peace in
and for said County Came the above named Abraham Bailey and Magdalena his
wife and acknowledged the above written indenture to be their act and deed
and desired the same might be recorded as such according to law she the said Magdalena
being of full age and separate of her said husband by me secretly examined after
the Contents were made known unto she voluntarily Consented thereto and desired
the same might be recorded according to law In testimony my hand and seal the
date above written.
