Know all men by these presents that John Willfong of the State of North Carolina Attorney-in-fact for Jacob Mitchell and Maria his wife late Maria Zettelmyer widow of Adam Zettelmyer late of the State of Pennsylvania deceased hath this day had and received of George Adam Zettelmyer Administrator of the Estate of the said Adam Zettelmyer the sum of fifty seven pounds nineteen shillings & nine pence current money of Pennsylvania being the dower or third part of the personal estate of the said Adam Zettelmyer deceased, Therefore the said John Willfong by virtue of a Power of Attorney to him given by the said Jacob Mitchell and Maria his wife (late Maria Zettelmyer) doth hereby release remise quit claim execute and forever discharge the said George Adam Zettelmyer Administrator as afsd, his Heirs Executors and Administrators & every of them of and from the said dower and third, and sum of fifty seven pounds nineteen shillings & nine pence and of and from all action or actions right and title of dower or third part of the personal Estate of the said Adam Zettelmyer deceased in law or equity or otherwise howsoever. In Witness whereof the said John Willfong hath hereunto set his hand and seal the eleventh day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and one.
