To all People to Whom these presents shall come Henry Meyer of Penn township Schuylkill County and the State of Pennsylvania Yeoman Send Greeting. Know ye that for and in consideration of the sum of seven hundred pounds lawful money of Pennsylvania to him in hand paid by George Adam Zettelmyer his heirs Exr & Adm and Assigns have and by these presents do grant Bargain sell Release assign transfer and set over all his right, title, claim, Interest, property and Demand Whatsoever of in and to the within Deed Poll and the Land or property therein Described Mentioned & meant or intended so to be unto him the said George Adam Zettelmyer his heirs & assigns. To Have and to hold the same unto him the said George Adam Zettelmyer his heirs and assigns forever, In Witness whereof the said Henry Meyer hath hereunto set his hand and seal the fourth day of April in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight Hundred & fifteen. Heinrich Meyer (Seal) Sealed and Delivered in the presence of us Deowalf (?) Miller, Jacob Kummerer. Received the day of the date of the above written Assignment of and from the above named George Adam Zettelmyer the sum of Seven Hundred pounds Lawfull money of Pennsylvania it being the Consideration money above mentioned in full. Heinrich Meyer Witness present at Signing, Deowalf (?) Miller, Jacob Kummerer. Berks County Ss. Be it Remembered that on the 4th day of April AD 1815 Before me Jacob Kummerer one of the Justices of the peace and for said County came the above named Henry Meyer and acknowledged the above written Assignment to be his Act and Deed and Desired the same might be recorded as such According to Law.
