Know all men by these presents that Godfried Seidel the grantor within named and Maria his wife for and in consideration of the sum of Four Hundred and Twenty Six Dollars to them in hand paid by David Zettelmoyer of Windsor Township Berks County & State of Pennsylvania Yeoman at and before the Ensealing and delivery hereof the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, Sold, assigned, and Set over and by these presents do grant, bargain, Sell, assign, and Set over unto the said David Zettelmoyer, his heirs and assigns All that the within Mentioned Piece or Tract of Land Containing Eighteen Acres and Eighty perches, Staid more or less, Together with all and Singular the rights, members and Appurtenances Whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereby. To hold the said Piece of Land hereby granted and assigned or mentioned or intended So to be with the Appurtenances unto the said David Zettelmoyer his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Godfried Seidel and his heirs the said hereby granted and assigned premises with the appurtenances unto the said David Zettelmoyer, his heirs and assigns, against him the said Godfried Seidel and his heirs and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim by from or under him them or any of them shall and will covenant and forever defend by these presents. In Witness Whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seals the twenty eighth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine. Received the day of the date of the above written assignment of and from the above named David Zettelmoyer the sum of Four hundred and twenty six Dollars in Gold or Silver Money it being the Consideration Money above Mentioned in full. Be it known that on the twenty eighth day of October Anno Domini 1839 before me the Subscriber one of the Justices of the peace in and for said County Personally came the above named Godfried Seidel and Maria his wife and Severally acknowledged the above written Deed or Assignment to be their act and deed and desired that the same might be recorded as such according to Law. The said Maria being of full age and by me duly examined Separate and apart from her said husband & the contents of the above deed or Assignment being by me first made known to her, the said Maria upon such Separate Examination as aforesaid declared that she did voluntarily & of her own free will & accord Seal as her act & deed deliver the said deed or assignment without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband. Comments: This is the same grantee as in the previous deed. This conveyance added to the former one gave him a bit less than 100 acres of land.
