Marriage circa 1776 Isaac Elliot Sr. married Alice Wilkinson, daughter of Joseph Wilkinson and Elizabeth Fisher, circa 1776 in Newberry township, York county, PA.7

13 February 1796 Isaac Elliot Sr. and his family left Warrington MM, York county PA for Westland MM in Washington county, PA on 13 February 1796.8

24 September 1796 On 24 September 1796 transferred by certificate was completed from Warrington MM to Westland PA MM with wife Alice and 8 children.8
  24 September 1796 Vol IV, page 30: Westland MM:
1796, 9, 24. Isaac & w, Alice, & ch, Benjamin, Joseph, Elizabeth, Isaac, Alice, Mary, Moses, & Francis, rocf Warrington MM, dtd 1796, 2,13. This notation from the Quaker records indicates that Isaac and family moved from Warrington MM in York county PA to Westland MM in Washington county in 1796. The left Warrington in February and were accepted at Westland in September. No date translation is made for the "Quaker" dating.8
1803 May have been living in Washington county, PA in 1803 as son Joseph was married there.8

1805 Hinshaw says that they were living in Washington co PA in 1805. No evidence of transfer of certificate at this time.8

25 April 1816 On 25 April 1816 he transferred to Marlborough MM, Stark county, Ohio with wife only.8
Will 14 April 1838 Isaac Elliot Sr. left a will dated 14 April 1838 that was written at Lexington township, Stark county, Ohio, and he was living on NE1/4 T5.R19 of Stark co Ohio at this time. Gave a gun and a bible to grandsons but I do not know WHICH grandsons, as there are too many with the same names. Will recorded in Vol B p 176 of Stark county. His son Isaac and HIS son John D were the executors of the estate.9  
Death 18 June 1838 Isaac died on 18 June 1838 in Lexington township, Stark county,  Ohio at age 82.1,10,6 
WillProved 18 June 1838 His will was proved at Stark county, Ohio on 18 June 1838. Final 29 Sept 1838.10
