Undated photograph, but clearly from the era of the two-room school and comparison with others of known children places it well before 1910. My own best guess is 1904-1906.
The boy in the front row is Ernest (later known as E. J.) Canada. The boy directly behind the sign is Herman Cole, and the girl to his right is Cecile Cole.
