Rev. Ben M. Bogard, Field Editor, Landmark Baptist,
Little Rock, Arkansas.   A Baptist champion who conducted 237 religious debates – mostly with gospel preachers.

  h  Founded the Missionary Baptist Seminary in Little Rock, Arkansas
  h  Editor: Orthodox Baptist Searchlight in Little Rock, Arkansas
  h  1920 he became the preacher for the Antioch Baptist Church.
  h  Pastor 1890-1891: Mt. Zoar Church, Wooldridge Store, Kentucky, org. 1841
  h The final section of Pioneer Faith includes the history of the State Association of Missionary Baptist Churches, Early Leaders in the State Association (W. A. Clark, Ben M. Bogard, W. H. Paslay, and M. P. Metheny), Texarkana Baptist Orphanage, Missionary Baptist College (Sheridan) and a critique of the Arkansas Baptist State.
