  Angela K. Quast, 39, of Mattoon, IL, passed away at 4:30 a.m. Friday, December 30, 2011, at her home.
  
  She was born on July 6, 1972 in Effingham to Steve and Debra Bowlin Wells. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Lucille Bowlin and grandfather, Mike Bough. She married Harold "John" Quast on January 12, 1990 in Mattoon. He survives.
  
  She is also survived by her children, Trevor Quast and Alisha Quast both of Mattoon; grandson, Brayden Charles Moss; mother, Debra Wells of Mattoon; father, Steve (Sue) Wells of Casey; grandmothers, Edna Wells of Mattoon and Mary Bough of Ashmore; several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was looking forward to the soon-to-be birth of her second grandson, Brody Wayne Dare.

  NASHVILLE -- Doris June (Chapman) Wells, 81, of Nashville, formerly of Royalton, passed away at 8:57 p.m. Friday, July 25, 2014, in Friendship Manor Health Care Center.
  
  Doris was born April 19, 1933, in Bush, to Roy and Reba Fay (Stidd) Chapman.
  
  She married Dave Lee Wells Oct. 16, 1954, in Royalton. He preceded her in death Oct. 13, 1993.
  
  She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie and Ron Adams of Carterville, Diane and Tevas Fann of Nashville and Denise and Gary Phillips of Georgetown, Kentucky; six grandchildren, Brandy (Fann) and Eric Bailey of Belleville, Jessica (Fann) and Mitchell Holtgrewe of O'Fallon, and David, Emily, Evan and Olivia Spencer of Georgetown, Kentucky; one great-granddaughter, Isabella Rose Holtgrewe of O'Fallon; a sister, Betty Norville of Ullin; a sister-in-law, Mary Ann Childers of Kingwood, Texas; and a brother-in-law and his wife, Bobby and Barbara Wells of Shelbyville.
  
  Her parents; brothers, LeRoy "Cookie" Chapman and Leslie Chapman; and brothers-in-law, John Norville and Wayne Childers also preceded her in death.
  
  Mrs. Wells was a member of the Church of Christ in Herrin, a 1950 graduate of Hurst High School and a former secretary for the Zeigler-Royalton grade school system.
  
  Services for Mrs. Wells will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 30 in Vantrease Funeral Home in Royalton, with Brother Cecil Anderson officiating. Burial will be in the Wells Cemetery, east of Royalton. Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
  
  Memorials in memory of Mrs. Wells may be made to the Friendship Manor Health Care Center Activity Fund, 485 S. Friendship Drive, Nashville, IL 62263.

  She was a graduate of Astoria High School, a 1973 graduate of the Spoon River College Practical Nursing program and a graduate of the Methodist School of Nursing.

She attended Cain School ("Monkey Hill") west of Plymouth and the Plymouth High School. She was a longtime member of the Augusta VFW Post #9029 Auxiliary and was an avid gardener.
  
  She is survived by two sons, Ronald Wells and Dennis (Pam) Wells of Augusta; a granddaughter, Michelle Leann Wells of Augusta; a stepson, Shane Sargent of Rushville; a step great-grand daughter Emily Sargent; two brothers, Dick (Janet) Burton of Augusta, Loyd (Jean) Burton of Colchester; sister-in-law, Dorothey Burton of Plymouth and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Thelma Wayland and two brothers, Lyle and Bill Burton.
  
  Visitation was held from 6:00 to 8:00 Tuesday at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Augusta, IL.
  
  Graveside services were held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2013, with Pastor Jerry Taylor at Woodlawn Cemetery in Augusta,IL. Memorials may be made to the Blessing Foundation for Hospice or the Golden Good Shepherd Home.
