Pam was a Personnel Security Specialist for the Department of Energy retiring last year after more than 40 years service. She was a very active member of the Lighthouse Ministries Church of God in Mt. Airy. Pam enjoyed to read, especially the Bible and was not shy about sharing the word of God with her friends and coworkers. She loved spending time with her family, friends and "work family".

    Surviving in addition to her husband are a daughter, Amanda L. Adams of Winchester, VA; a brother, Roby Lee Wells of Mt. Airy; aunts and uncles: Buddy Shrader and wife Louise of Mt. Airy, Teddy Shrader and wife Linda of Tennessee, Anita Lambert and husband Carl of Virginia, Jean Roston and husband Bud of Florida, Barney Wells and wife Sandra of Culpepper, VA, Debbie Huerta of Gaithersburg, Carolyn Fenley and husband Mike of North Carolina and Ann Bishop and husband Bob of New Market; cousins: Curtis Lawson of Frederick, Shane Shrader and wife Gayle of Mt. Airy, Debbie VanSant and husband Mike of Mt. Airy, Tony Shrader and wife Melissa of Mt. Airy, Britni VanSant of Baltimore and Jesse VanSant of Mt. Airy; brothers and sisters-in-law: James Adams, Ronnie Adams, Doris Sizemore, Charlotte Rhodes and David Adams; as well as numerous additional cousins.

    The family will receive friends from 6-9 PM on Friday, February 19, at Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 E. Ridgeville Blvd, Mt. Airy. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 20, at Lighthouse Ministries Church of God, 28912 Ridge Road, Mt. Airy with Rev. Sandra Hamby officiating.

    Interment will take place in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick

    She is survived by her children, Robert Thomas Wells, William Richard Wells, and Donald Jacob Wells; and four grandchildren. Anna is also survived by her siblings, Bob Cianelli, William Cianelli, Donald Cianelli, and Patsy Hoffman.

    Besides her husband and parents, Anna was preceded in death by a grandson, Robert T. Wells Jr.; and siblings, Anthony and Dave Cianelli, and Betty Earley.

    Arrangements are being handled by Andrew K. Coffman Funeral Home, Hagerstown.

    HOLDEN Gertrude "Trudy" (Brown) Wells, 73, of 68 Reservoir St. died Wednesday, November 24, 2004 in her home.
    She leaves a son, two daughters, three sisters, Florence, Genevieve and Sarah "Bev"; four grandchildren, many nephews and nieces. Two brothers, Arthur and Albert Brown, and a sister Mary Williams predeceased her.
    She was born in Waterbury, CT the daughter of Theron and Genevieve (Hopkins) Brown, was raised in Holden and spent most of her life in Worcester County.
    Mrs. Wells graduated from Holden High School. She was a long time bookkeeper and worked 10 years for Wachusett Lumber Company in Rutland. She was a volunteer at the Holden Senior Center.
    The funeral service for Mrs. Wells will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 27 in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main St., Holden. Burial will be private in Florida Cemetery, Florida, MA. Calling hours are from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday in the funeral home.
