  --to my living wife Sarah Wells all my personal estate and household goods and furniture during her widowhood and after such widowhood and death of my said wife, to be equally divided among all my children.
  --to my two sons George Wells and Joseph Wells, 100 acres of land (being the tract of land whereon I now live) to be equaly divided between them, and it is my will that the land not be sold by either of the brothers except it be from George to Joseph or Joseph to George.

  --to son James Wells, 25 acres of land being part of tract called "Bachelor's Choice" whereon the testatrix now lives and to be laid off between the testatrix's dwelling house and the land where Zephaniah Cissell now lives and which land is to be his full share of the estate.
  --to son Benjamin Wells and daughter Mary Wells, all of the testatrix's personal estate, to be divided equally between them share and share alike.
  --to son Richard Wells, he and Benjamin and Mary to have the rest of the testatrix's land called "Bachelor's Choice" and as they are the residuary legatees, they are to pay the debts and expenses and then to divide the remainder between them reserving to Benjamin and Mary that part of the land where the mansion house now stands.
