The contracting parties being Mr. J. F. Wells, of Park City, and Miss Annie Baldwin, of Chicago. The impressive ceremony was performed at 8:30 PM, by Rev. Charles Cook. The bride looked very pretty in lavender silk and was the recipient of many beautiful and useful gifts. The young lady is a member of an old Galena family is left here about a year ago to make her home in Chicago. In the above article, the printing of Wells was shown as Nells. Hyram's name was shown as Hiram.
