From Various lines & descendants come these many versions of several different Baillie lines ~ Lamington, Dunain, Innisbargie, Dochfour, Parbroth, Carphin, et al.
[Note that 3 & 4 have estoiles instead of mullets (stars)]
1. Sir John Baillie of Hoprig -East Lothian 1292[azure
six mullets argent (blue shield w/6 silver stars)]
Sir John Baillie of Hoprig in East Lothian signed an agreement at Berwick in
1292 with a seal bearing six mullets. Either his heir or the subsequent heir
would have been the William whose name is forever famously linked to Wallace,
and is claimed as the ancestor of the several different Baillie lines ~
Lamington, Dunain, Innisbargie, Dochfour, Parbroth, Carphin
2. Sir William Baillie of Hoprig in 1368 [sable eight mullets argent (black field w/ 8 silver stars)]
3. Jerviswood
[sable nine estoiles argent (black field w/ 9 silver estoiles]
4. verde nine estoiles argent (green field w/ 9 silver estoiles)]
5. Baillie of Lamington #3.

7. Edward Maxwell
[azure nine
mullets chief argent (field of blue w/ 9 silver stars & silver across top)]
Edward Maxwell, the younger son of Lord Herries, married William Baillie the
4th, & took the name and arms of Baillie of Lamington. The arms of the heiress
daughter bore a chief argent.
8. Parbroth [azure nine mullets argent differenced w/the bordure argent]
9. BAILLE - In this one, the field is "or" (gold) , but "charged" with "azure Escutcheon engrailed nine mullets argent" [sub ordinary - an inset area of blue with scalloped edge, w/ the 9 silver Estoiles]
