First of all my website is about my obsession researching the Hogan family tree. Clink on the links below to find out more and if perhaps you might be researching the same names, please feel free to email me more more details. I would be happy to share what I know about the different families. I have much more information that I have not listed here on different family lines.

If you are researching the Hogan family tree, please click on the link to my genealogy page.
I have a lot of information on the Hogan family and will continue to add more pages as my time permits. Surnames include Bohn, Mullen, Emerson, Purdon, Hanley, Baldwin, Morehead, plus many others.
Check back often as I will be adding more information.
I have also been helping my sister research our CAIN family family (although she has done almost all of it and I give her the credit) for the past 25 years, as she has done the majority of the work. Some of the surnames linked to CAIN(E) are: Brandt, Keenan, Boettcher, Singleton, Schild, Gano, Brazzle, Dawson, plus many others. We have traced our CAIN(E) family back to Perry County, Ohio in the early 1800's. Anyone researching any of the surnames are welcome to get in touch with my sister. Check out her genealogy pages for the above surnames (plus others) at http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~brandt/index.html
My love of quilting and sewing is more like an obsession as well. I love the feel of fabric in my hands and I begin to imagine what could I create with this wonderful fabric. Like many quilter's, I have various "projects" in various stages as well as a fabric stash that I don't think I will ever use up! The various designs of quilts as well as the quilting fascinates me; I want to sew and quilt them all!
I have been sewing since I was in 4-H at the age of 10. It was not a love of sewing at that time. My first project was nothing to write home about; very simple and plain, an elastic waist skirt with a pullover top. I think my mother pulled her hair out helping me sew! I know she was as frustrated as I was trying to teach me. Since that time, I learned more about sewing with four years of high school with a wonderful sewing teacher. I have sewn skirts, blouses, dresses, tailored wool suits, prom dresses, wedding dress, children's clothes, plus much more. My interest in sewing grew to other needlework as well as sewing quilts; mainly for wedding gifts, baby gifts and quilts for Sacred Heart and St. Joseph parish GermanFest held the first Saturday of June each year.
I have a Nolting longarm quilting machine that I quilt edge to edge or pantograph quilting, as well as custom quilting. For more information email me at: Quilting
