Private homes now dot the eastern shore of Orange Lake where from 1904 to the early 1930's Orange Lake Park, an amusement park thrived.
A roller-skating rink, Japanese Tea Garden, and amusement rides such as the "Old Mill" Ferris wheel and "Jack Rabbit" roller coaster awaited the nearly 10,000 annual visitors.�
