Now I am here and if you want , during the correspondence I shall give you some corrections and comments I found in your Tancabels genealogy! Do not misunderstand me, your job is great and fascinate, but it is always clever to hear another opinion. Now I deals with genealogy of families in Pogliane and Veprinac so, for this moment, I have not informations about Mrak family because they belongs to the Lovran Parochy!
Concerning to the Tancabels I have investigated two main Tanzabel families in the Veprinac Parochy because in the list of families and house numbers written in the 1770. the Tanzabels are only on the adresses Vedeška 20 (Tanzabel Benedetto - this family today exists with family name Tanzabel - Benash in the very nord-east part of the Veprinac Parochy) and on the adress Pehglieva 27 (Tanzabel Luca, it is something west from the Veprinac and I am not sure if today Tanzabels exists there)! I presume that Lucas family also originates from this Benash because they are living on the border with Castvua Parochy (villages Vedez and Zagrad) where are also Tanzabels.
Concerning to the Luca Tanzabel family I have three A4 pages, I made before, in front of me (of the people emigrated in USA here are Mraks (also Angelo as one end of the branch), Tanzabels and Anicichs). About Luca Tanzabel I think everything on your page is true, he died in the Preluca beetwen Opatija and Rijeka very close to the coast but the problem was that all of those people did not know swiming. I also think that his wife was Agneza (latin versions are Agnete and Agnes) but I think that you red wrong from the microfilm because she is on the bottom of the page 185, as I remember, and the cause of her dead is hazma instead of vajolo, I think that vajolo is childrens ill.
Its son was Joaness (Ivan) Tanzabel called Macich (litlle masculine cat) and he was married with Maria Varglien (this surname misses you) and they were living on the same adress at Pehglieva 27. It is true that they have 6 childs but I think that daughter Antonia (born 11.01.1798.) was died young or that she was not in good relationships with the father because she was not mentioned in his testament dated 26.06.1833. Also I think that Joanesses son Luca had not childs because in his testament dated 1842. he mentioned only his wife Margaritha.
Now we come to the second son, Mathias Tanzabel, born 11.02.1787., he had maried and moved away (some kilometers) from house to the his wife adress Puharska 69. That is the reason I mentioned before that Tanzabels died out from the Pehglieva. I know this new location, a few years ago it was one stall or abandoned house on that location!
