Property on Woodbury Creek, adjoining land of Nathan Ward, Joseph Collins, Levi Hopper, James Sanders, Isaac Cheeseman, water course on John Tatom's. Being the same property Joshua Hopper became seized of by virtue of a deed bearing date 20 Apr 1775 from Isaac Hopper and wife Sarah and the said Joshua Hopper departed this life so thereof seized of the plantation, by his last will and testament dated 4 Apr 1807 authorized his executors to sell and convey same. Signed and sealed by Edmund Brewer and Ruth Hopper at Woodbury on the same date. Witnessed by James Matlack and Samuel E. Hillman.
