With effect from the first Public General Act of 1988, the full text of all new Public General Acts are available via this Web Pages. All Public General Acts appear as originally passed by the UK Parliament.
With effect from the first Local Act of 1991, the full text of all new Local Acts are available. All Local Acts appear as originally passed by the UK Parliament.
The aim is to publish all new Acts of the UK Parliament on the Internet simultaneously with or, at least within 24 hours of their publication in printed form. However, any document which is especially complex in terms of its size or its typography may take longer to prepare.
There is a search engine which has been designed to help identify the document that you wish to browse and will search the text of all documents on the site.

Listed on this site are the titles of public bills now before Parliament which are available in full text on this site. Bills in the House of Commons and those in the House of Lords are indicated. Bills which start in the House of Lords have [H.L.] in their title. At the head of each bill is a note of the stage which the bill has reached in its passage through Parliament.
Amendments currently proposed to bills in the House of Lords or the House of Commons can be found under each bill separately.
