Notes from Kelly Sullivan Sat, 11 Aug 2001 E-mail Now for some of the RATLIFFs Archelous and Lucinda (Anderson) RATLIFF Arch seen spelled Archilus, and bunches of other ways.. his middle initial being P. and since grand dad called him Uncle Polk, I can not with proof say his middle name was POLK but.. could be. Arch was the son of Guilford (Gilford) and Mahala RATLIFF Gilford is buried in the Florence Cemetery, Florence, Williamson County, Texas. Lucinda's parents were Henry Anderson and either Sarah Collier or Sarah Lowry. Their stone reads: RATLIFF across the base, on Arch's the top flat reads FATHER & on Lucinda's the top flat reads MOTHER Arch Ratliff born Feb 22, 1829 died Feb 8, 1903 Lucinda Ratliff born Jan 11, 1834 died Nov. 6, 1914 (she was buried on Nov. 7, 1914) |
