At the present time, Larry is the only person in this family group. His genetic distances are in the 5 to 7 range for most groups in the project, but quite different from those in family groups 6 and 7. His haplogroup is not certain but is estimated to be R1b. These results show that he is not related to anyone else in the project in the recent genealogical sense. Below are Larry’s ancestors as far back as he has been able to trace them.

Migration. The earliest known location of this line is in Leaksville, Rockingham Co., NC, and migrates to the Cheatham Co., TN area, just west of Nashville.
