Mary Fox's Will bequeathed her niece Mary Wood (daughter of her brother, Joseph Wood)100pds and to William Houlden, the trustee and executor of her Will the sum of thirty pounds. Her real and personal estate to be sold and the trust monies to be divided in four equal fourteenth parts(the whole into fourteen equal parts being divided) in trust to be invested for trust funds or in or upon real securities in England and to pay the income to arise to her brother Joseph Wood and Mary his wife during their joint lives and to the survivor of them during his or her life.

Upon their decease such survivor to stand possessed of the same four equal fourteenth parts in trust for Susanna Duckitt (daughter of my said brother Joseph Wood) and the said Mary Wood and Samuel Wood (son of my brother Joseph Wood) in such proportions that the share of the said Samuel Wood shall exceed that of each of his said sisters by the sum of five hundred pounds and that the share of each of his said sisters shall be equaly one with the other.

As to three other equal fourteenth parts thereof in trust for Mary Ash, Susanna Roebuck and Ellen Camm (children of my late sister Susannah Law deceased) equally.

As to three other equal fourteenth parts thereof in trust for Sarah Houlden, Elizabeth Beevers and Susanna Hudson (children of my late brother Robert Wood) equally.

As to one other equal fourteenth part thereof in trust for Susanna Wood (daughter of my brother William Wood).

And as the three remaining equal fourteenth parts thereof in trust to invest the same and pay the income to arise therefrom unto my sister Ellen Wood (wife of the said Joseph Wood the trustee) during her life and afer her decease to the said Joseph Wood if he shall survive her during her life and upon the decease of the survivor of them the said Ellen Wood and Joseph Wood the trustee to distribute and divide the same three equal fourteenth parts equally amongst my said nephews and nieces Susanna Duckitt, Mary Wood,Samuel Wood, Mary Ash, Susanna Roebuck, Ellen Camm, Sarah Houlden, Elizabeth Beevers, Susanna Hudson and Susanna Wood.4

Mary Fox's Will bequeathed her niece Mary Wood (daughter of her brother, Joseph Wood)100pds and to William Houlden, the trustee and executor of her Will the sum of thirty pounds. Her real and personal estate to be sold and the trust monies to be divided in four equal fourteenth parts(the whole into fourteen equal parts being divided) in trust to be invested for trust funds or in or upon real securities in England and to pay the income to arise to her brother Joseph Wood and Mary his wife during their joint lives and to the survivor of them during his or her life.

Upon their decease such survivor to stand possessed of the same four equal fourteenth parts in trust for Susanna Duckitt (daughter of my said brother Joseph Wood) and the said Mary Wood and Samuel Wood (son of my brother Joseph Wood) in such proportions that the share of the said Samuel Wood shall exceed that of each of his said sisters by the sum of five hundred pounds and that the share of each of his said sisters shall be equaly one with the other.

As to three other equal fourteenth parts thereof in trust for Mary Ash, Susanna Roebuck and Ellen Camm (children of my late sister Susannah Law deceased) equally.

As to three other equal fourteenth parts thereof in trust for Sarah Houlden, Elizabeth Beevers and Susanna Hudson (children of my late brother Robert Wood) equally.

As to one other equal fourteenth part thereof in trust for Susanna Wood (daughter of my brother William Wood).

And as the three remaining equal fourteenth parts thereof in trust to invest the same and pay the income to arise therefrom unto my sister Ellen Wood (wife of the said Joseph Wood the trustee) during her life and afer her decease to the said Joseph Wood if he shall survive her during her life and upon the decease of the survivor of them the said Ellen Wood and Joseph Wood the trustee to distribute and divide the same three equal fourteenth parts equally amongst my said nephews and nieces Susanna Duckitt, Mary Wood,Samuel Wood, Mary Ash, Susanna Roebuck, Ellen Camm, Sarah Houlden, Elizabeth Beevers, Susanna Hudson and Susanna Wood.4
