April 2007 - "Locked up"
Tim Kidney was locked up at the Armory yesterday afternoon on suspicion of having stolen a sailor's bag of clothing from James Stewart of the corner of Thirty-first and Halsted streets [San Francisco]. The case will be heard before Justice Summerfield to-day.
Tim Kidney immigrated from Ireland to Chicago, IL where he appeared in the 1871 state census. He was in San Francisco for the 1880 federal census. No evidence currently ties his family to that of Jan/John Kidney.
