Eaton, Mrs. Betsey (nee Harrington) - died 20 Aug 1905 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. A. L. Conn. She was born at Burlington, Orsage Co., NY, 13 Sept 1817. In her childhood the family moved to Cuyahoga County, Ohio, where she married ORSAMUS KIDNEY, 27 Sept 1833. Five sons and one daughter were born to them - Ben of near Allendalea, MO; Dr. Eliza, of Guthrie Center, IA; and daughter Lydia M., wife of Judge A. L. Conn. Her husband died 9 June 1852. She then moved to De Kalb Co, IL where she married Orris Eaton, 1 Apr 1855, who ied 1 Jun 1872. Of her second marriage, two children were born and are both deceased. Then, she moved to Carroll County, IA, where she lived a number of years, then came to Worth County, MO. Burial in Lotts Grove cemetery.
