Mention: Wife CATHERINE - to have all and at her death to (same) go to son JOHN; daughter ANN MARIA's heirs; daughter RACHEL, wife of Joseph Styler; daughter SARAH, wife of Asher Jacobs; daughter ESTHER, wife of Andrew Little; son HENRY. Executor: Wife, CATHERINE KIDNEY. Witnessed by John O. Jones and Jacob Leaf. At the time of proving the will John O. Jones was at Murphysboro, Jackson County, IL. John T. Leaf and Leroy Leaf on March 9, 1854 stated that Jacob Leaf was deceased which was also sworn to by Ebenezer McDonald and John Huffman.
