Hagerstown, MD. Jan 23 - Rev. John Kidney, of Hagerstown, died at his home to-day after a long illness of a complication of diseases, aged seventy-five years old. He was born in Ireland, and came to America when sixteen years old. He located at Pittsburg, and there married Miss Mary Jane Forsayth, of Forsayth, a relative of President-elect McKinley. After living in Ohio he went to West Virginia in 1874. He came to Hagerstown in 1891, and was ordained minister of the Methodist Episcopal Church. His wife and these children survive: Rev J. E. Kidney, of Derry Station, PA; John D. Kidney, of Bridgeport, OH; W. R. Kidney, of Soho, W. Va; Otho E. Kidney, of McKeesport, PA; Matthew S. Kidney, and Mrs. Solomon Middlekauff, of Hagerstown.
