The appointments have been made by the Superintendent of Prisons Charles F. Rattigan: Edwayd V. Brophy of Port Chester, to succeed William H. Moyer as warden of Sing Sing prison; Colonel Edgar S. Jennings of Auburn, appointed warden of Auburn prison, to succeed HARRY R. KIDNEY who acted as superintendent while the colonel was overseas with the Twenty-seventh Division, and John L. Schnetder of Syracuse as industrial agent to succeed Emerson D. Hall of Buffalo.
