                Philip Crouse lived near present-day Crouse, North Carolina, in the late 1700's.

                Zealand, New Brunswick, was named for the Dutch birth place of Philip Crouse.

                Burtts Corner, New Brunswick, was named for the family and descendants of Benjamin and Elizabeth (Crouse) Burt.

                Loyalist pioneers, Philip and Sarah Crouse, are buried here.
