Married: Savanah Belle Stauford on November 17, 1891 in Booneville, Logan, Arkansas. She was born October 7, 1865 in Tennessee, and died February 1, 1959 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is buried in the Spiro Cemetery, Spiro, LeFlore County, Oklahoma

In the 1900 census Thomas and Savanah were living in Booneville. Thomas was a grocer.
An article in the Booneville Democrat said, "Tom Mullins of Spiro attended his stepmother Euphamia Mullins’s funeral at the Golden City Cemetery." Amanda Euphamia Mullins died February 11, 1916.
Tom and Savanah were living in Spiro when their daughter Kayte died of typhoid fever November 7, 1917. They were also living in Spiro when their daughter Edna married Oliver R. Scott, and Ruby married Robert Nelson Page November 17, 1919.
Tom was the manager of the Mansfield Lumber Company in Spiro. In 1920 he was transferred to Poteau. This is where they were living when Tom died of typhoid fever on September 20, 1925.
After Tom died, Savanah lived in Clarksville, Arkansas. In 1955 she moved to Tulsa and lived with her daughter Ruby Page at 1512 South Evanston. This is where she died February 1, 1959.
When Savanah died she was survived by her daughter Ruby Page, two grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. In the 1958 Tulsa City Directory, Ruby was employed by McDonald Douglas Aircraft.
