Obituary

Mrs. Nora S. Shipman, age 84, a resident of Ranger since 1962, passed away at 4:50 a.m. Sunday, April 14, 1968.

Born March 9, 1884 in Ellis County, Texas, she was married to Robert B. Shipman. He preceded her in death February, 1951.

Survivors include one son, PFC Floyd E. Shipman with the US Army in Vietnam; one daughter, Mrs. Owen Hamilton of Ranger; one half-sister, Mrs. Willie Mooney of Prattsville, Arkansas, four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Shipman was a member of the Second Baptist Church.
