Homer F. Lauderback
Homer F. "Rocky" Lauderback, 74, Broughton, died 6:32 p.m. March 24, 2004,
at Fountainview Nursing Home in Eldorado.
Mr Lauderback was retired. He had been a warehouse clerk for Quantum Chemical Co, having worked for 35 years.
He was born Aug 31, 1929, in Qquawka, Ill., a son of Homer William and Maude
Irene (Nutt) Lauderback. He married Joan Ruphard on Oct. 10, 1953: she
survives.
The funeral was Saturday at Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro.
Burial was at Gholson Cemetery, Broughton.
In addition to his wife, survivors include a son, Homer W. "Bill" Lauderback and wife Bobbi of Camargo; two daughters, Ann Aumiller and husband Fred of Lewistown, Pa., and Pam Ferguson and husband Alan of Arcola; six grandchildren, Stacy, Ryan
Monfort, Jerrica and Andre Monfort, and Heather and Allison Lauderback; one
great-grandchild, Abigail Kocher; mother-in-law Ruby Ruphard; a brother, Joe
Lauderback of Grand Island.
