George Reeves 1869

In the name of God Amen. I George Reeves of Washington County and State of Illinois of the age of Seventy three years and being of sound mind and memory, do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say,, First I give and bequeath unto Sampson Reeves and his wife Anna Reeves M. A. Reeves J. S. W. Hargett & Mary, E. Hargett his wife Seth W. Derickson Anna Martha Derickson G. W. Reeves Polly. A. Reeves his wife William , H. Reeves to Each one as follows to wit Seth. W. Derickson & Anna Martha Derickson wife of Seth W Derickson one Dollar and to J. S. W. Hargett & his wife Twenty five cents per week from the 1st day of October AD 1855 and so to continue untill my Decease if not revoked and to rest of my heirs above named I give in common an equal share of all my personal property that I may disposed and all notes that I may hold against either of the above named heirs are to be counted and an equal division made with all but Seth W. Derickson & his wife. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 1st day of March AD 1869.                                         George Reeves (Seal)
