Resolved by the House of Representatives, That James Allen, William A.

M'Lin, John Gholson, Jesse C. Lockwood, Nathan Jenny, John Hardesty, James

Moore, Joseph Schelton, and John G. Lock be recommended to the Senate as

suitable persons to fill the office of justice of the peace in and for the

county of Hamilton.
