"NEVER AGAIN"

On Monday morning as Glen Simmons of Broughton, accompanied by Henry Coontz of Carmi were coming to our city they were picked up by a stranger and were allowed to ride on the running board of his car. In making the curve around the Morris Hill, the boys lost their balance and both fell to the ground, receiving lacerations of the shoulders and arms. They were brought to the local hospital but it was found they only needed some good sound advice which was promptly administered and the young men left vowing "never again".
