ROBERT GIBSON was the father of the Gibson clan that entered into Hamilton Co in about 1836 +-from what I have been able to tell. they are the Gibsons that had property in the Rectorville/Broughton area. The current defunk North Fork Regular Baptist Church sits on land conveyed over from Gibsons to the Church in 1869.
