|Noble Johnson Hughes born in Broughton,
Illinois 1886 served in WWI, died 1928 - buried in
Triplett Cemetery near Bloomfield, Missouri.
Mr. Hughes was trained at Camp Funston in Kansas which is now Ft. Riley. He was in Battery F Field Artillery and was overseas from 6/13/1918 to 5/24/1919. He died at the Veterans Hospital in Kansas City, Mo. of a brain aneurysm. Extended service 2/25/1918. He was 28 years old when he went into the service. (Sheila Rosson Berube)
