| Wesley W. Gholson died at his home in Broughton Apr 11, 1911 age 77y 10m 9d. Born in Hamilton Co. June 2, 1833, m. to Margaret Grimes Feb 17, 1753. Had 5 sons, 1 dau. Only one, Mahala Ann Hughes, Piggott Ark, survives. His wife died 1875. Married second Mrs Jane Addison Feb 15, 1879, had 3 girls, 1 boy, 2 survive, Nora Brown and Betty La Grange. Survivors are wife, 3 children, 10 grand ch, 8 great gr ch. Buried Gholson Cemetery. |
