October 5th 1819. Henry Hardester assee of Ephram Hains Enters 100. acres of land by virtue of a Kentucky Land Office Warrant N. 4497 in Henderson County on the waters of Highland Creek Beginning at a B. Oak beginning corner of C's Kirth survey running N.W. & with the intefering Claims for Quantity.

Kentucky Land Office Warrant No. 4497. To the prinicipal Surveryor of any County within this Commonwealth. This shall be your warrant, to survery & lay off, in one or more surveys, by yourself or Deputy for Eqhrain Hayns his heirs, or assigns, the quantity of 100. acres of land, due unto the sd. Hayns in consideration of the sum of twenty dollars, current money, paid into the publick Treasury, the payment whereof to the Treasurer, hath been duly certified by the Auditor of publick accounts, and his certificate rec'd into the Land Office. Given under my hand, seal of said office.
