Mrs. Mamie Elizabeth Davis

Mrs. Mamie Elizabeth Davis, 98, of Broughton, died at 12:20 p.m Friday at her home.

Surviving are four daughters, Elizabeth Busler of Eldorado; Kathryn Breshears of Fort Worth, Tex., Virginia Hibdon of Denver, and Grace Pflaum, Waco, Tex.; two sons, James H. Davis and John C. Davis, both of Broughton; two sisters, Myrtle Frohbieter of Louisville, Ky. and Clara Jones, Murphysboro; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.

Services were held today at 2 p.m. at Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro, with burial in Hickory Hill Cemetery near Broughton.
