Acc't of Nick Linden 1930 crop of corn on N. Linden. 80 was gathered, weighed,
divided, and Mr. Linden 2/5 was delivered to T. James
Allen who sold same to John Essary & others. After
receiving rent he refused to pay taxes on said 80 and
after it was advertised to sell I talked to Mr. Linden in
presence of Rosa M. Porter and Mr. Linden told me to pay
taxes and take same from the next crop which would be the
