Will of Samuel Warnock
This Indenture made and entered into this 17 day of December 1842, as my last will and Testament,

First.  It is my will and purpose that my son A. Jackson Warnock shall have and forever possess the lands hereafter named, Said lands lying on the Beach Fork of Tiger Creek, and now occupied by said Son. Beginning at two white oaks in the mouth of asmall branch on the East side or Beach Fork at the upper end of a pasture, thence up said Beach Fork to Absolem Roberts lower north corner, thence with said Roberts line across the bottom to the South corner thence down Beach Fork one hundred and six poles to a maple and white walnut thence across the bottom or Beach Fork to the branch 13 rods to a hickory, thence with the meanders of the said creek to the Beginning, containing fifty acres, be the same more or less. This is bequeathed to him and his heirs forever. It is my will that the balance or all my lands be divided equally between my two sons William Warnock and James C. Warnock. To have and possess the same forever, said land, they are not to have possession of until my death, and the death of my wife Rachel. It is my Will that all the balance or my property are to be equally divided between my six daughters, of all my horses cattle, hogs, sheep and household property and farming utensils, but if Teresa Warnock stays with me until she is 21 years of age, she Is to have a milk cow and a feather bed. My six daughters to which my moveable property is hereby given are as follows: Matilda Ream, Mary Brown, Elizabeth Huffman, Sarah Huffman, Jane Bradshaw, Levina Crawford to be equally divided between the above named daughters.

This my will and testament I wish not broken nor opened by any person until death, but conclude by bequeathing my Soul to God, Amen.

I, William Corum, Clerk of the County Court or Greenup County in the State of Kentucky, do certify that at a County Court, held for Greenup County at the Court House on Monday the Ilth day of December, 1843, This last will and testament of Samuel Warnock deceased, was produced in open Court and proven to be the last will and testament of said deceased according to Law, by the Oaths of Moses F. Dupuy and Thomas Dupuy, two subscribing witness, thereto and ordered to be recorded. Whereupon the same together with this certificate hath been duly recorded in my Office
